“Gunter, Texas – Farmers Branch-based Centurion American Development Group and its CEO, Mehrdad Moayedi, have announced one of the largest master-planned communities in fast-growing Grayson County. Excavation at Platinum Ranch will begin in Q4 2025 on nearly 2,000 acres with prominent frontage along the Grayson County Toll Road and easy access to Preston Road, which is less than one mile east of the development.
The transaction was brokered by Rex Glendenning of Rex Real Estate, who recognizes the important role Gunter will play in the growth of North Texas. Lenders responsible for the closing of Platinum Ranch include Ubank, Liberty Bankers and Chambers Bank. Trez Capital was the lender for Taylor Ranch.”
