“The Denton County property will feature 3,000 residential lots as part of the Bryson Ranch development, according to Centurion officials.
PILOT POINT, Texas — A 3,000-home development is being planned in the Pilot Point area of North Texas.
Centurion American Development, which is based in Farmers Branch and has developed numerous neighborhoods in North Texas, announced on Tuesday the acquisition of 1,050 acres north of Mobberly Road, between Lights Ranch and Hames roads.”
