“It didn’t take Bethany Williams long to establish a foothold in Dallas commercial real estate after joining Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate as a broker last summer. The Rockwall, Texas-based firm just named her its Rookie of the Year.
She acknowledged the incongruity of being a rookie after working for 20 years in corporate merger and acquisition activity with such firms as PwC, Perot Systems and General Electric.”
