“A Dallas real estate developer of thousands of acres in the southern portion of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro is expecting to start on hundreds of homes and an amenity center for a master planned community that is being dubbed as the “southern gateway” to the Metroplex this year.
Today, the 5,000-acre master-planned community called Goodland, south of Mansfield at the intersection of U.S. 287 and 360 Tollway, has 650 completed and occupied homes.”
