  “Pillar Commercial and Oklahoma’s Hall Capital formed a partnership to build the new development on Watters Road.

  A nine-story Class A office tower is planned in Allen.

  Allen-based commercial real estate investor and operator Pillar Commercial and Oklahoma’s Hall Capital formed a partnership to develop One Bethany North, a new 225,000-square-foot tower in the Watters Creek business district, the group announced Tuesday.

  The property will sit at 701 S. Watters Road on a 4-acre site across the street from the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center. The Allen Economic Development Corporation owns the site and is working on an incentive package to launch construction, the group said.”
