  I am buying my very first rental properties this year, and I plan to use the mid-term rentals strategy like Pace Morby often discusses.

  Has anyone had any experience with the process? How do you rent them out? Room by room or the whole house? Where do you find renters? What rental agreement are you using? How are you accepting deposits? I have a lot of questions!!!!
