Tellus Group has purchased a massive tract of land in Anna for a $1.5 billion master-planned community.
The Prosper-based developer bought 970 acres on Dec. 27 from Sherley Partners Ltd. in partnership with Houston-based Caravel Ventures, Japan-based Sumitomo Forestry, and Schaffer Michael LLC, according to a Jan. 13 announcement.”
