PARKER, Texas — The North Texas real estate developer that owns Southfork Ranch — the famous site of the iconic television show “Dallas” — has presented its plans to local municipalities to build 89 two-acre estate lots on the land beside the mansion where the fictitious Ewing family once lived.
The Farmers Branch-based Centurion American Development Group has owned Southfork Ranch since October 2022, and it now plans to build a “luxury homesites” throughout the 241-acre property.”
