“Texas Republic Management has purchased hundreds of acres in Grayson County. A Dallas investment firm that’s snatched hundreds of acres north of the city has made another land purchase.
Texas Republic Management purchased a 375-acre mixed-use tract along the planned Dallas North Tollway extension in Grayson County, northwest of Gunter. The tract was acquired from Midas Global Investments, led by Raj Kiran and Sudheer Babu Bagham. It was part of the larger Double Platinum Ranch, a 1,215-acre property just north of Kimberlin Road. Midas purchased the land in 2022 with plans for a future residential development.”
