The first commercial development near a master-planned community in Fort Bend County will offer residents of the western edge of the Houston metro area new shopping and dining amenities.
XAG Group will build Fulshear Lakes Market Place, a 45,000-square-foot retail center that will provide the nearby Fulshear Lakes residents with new restaurants and retail options.
The first phase will consist of a one-story retail center on six acres that will open in late 2025, as first reported by Katherine Feser of the Houston Chronicle. The project will feature a total of four buildings, two at 12,000 square feet and two at 10,500 with a central green space designed for community gatherings or festive displays.”
