“Google has leased a massive Fort Worth warehouse, the second new lease by Google to appear among Texas’ top five largest leases this year.
The tech giant, based in California, signed a lease for a 1.1 million-square-foot warehouse in west Fort Worth — the country’s fourth-largest metropolitan area. Records show the property consists of 520 acres at Majestic Silver Creek Business Park, and the lease began Oct. 1. News of the lease was originally reported by commercial real estate data provider CoStar.
Majestic Realty, another California-based firm, built the facility last year near Loop 820 and Silver Creek Road. The firm has offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to manage real estate at the Fort Worth Stockyards.”
