“Dallas-based homebuilder Landsea Homes Corp. has purchased lots for its newest community, which will be Granbury, about 30 miles southwest of Fort Worth.
The company announced Dec. 5 that it bought 72 lots for a community called Pirate Village, located along FM 4 and Willow Ridge Circle. The name of the development stems from the pirate mascot of Granbury High School.”
