“The National Association of Realtors settlement changes the way real estate agents are paid for their work. The new rules have been in effect in North Texas for almost a month.
It’s one of the biggest changes in the real estate industry in recent memory. Yet it’s been quieter than Justin Landon expected — at least so far.
The CEO of the MetroTex Association of Realtors started the job in March, not long before the National Association of Realtors reached an agreement to end lawsuits that alleged sellers were forced to pay artificially high prices to sell their homes.”
