“As North Texas continues to bring in a high rate of new residents, developer Legacy Partners and real estate investor Resmark Companies are partnering to build two single-family rental communities in North Texas.
According to The Dallas Morning News, the Highland community, located in Melissa (Collin County), will comprise 133 rental houses, while the Oak Grove development in Aubrey (Denton County) will feature 134 rental houses. Construction commenced on both projects, with an anticipated opening in late 2025. Dallas-based Provident General Contractors is overseeing the construction of both single-family communities”
