“Four of the 10 most expensive homes listed in August were in Tarrant County.
Four of the most expensive homes listed in Texas last month were in Tarrant County.
A $27.5 million Southlake estate with a state-of-the-art studio topped the August list from the Houston Association of Realtors. The association uses information from local listing services throughout the state, including the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems.
The data was compiled before the end of the month, so some homes listed in late August may be included in September’s rankings. Some homes listed in late July may have made the August list. Newly constructed homes that are not move-in ready were not included in the report.”
