These are some of the biggest developments that were announced and got underway in 2024.
Preston Harbor, a $6 billion, 2,200-acre mixed-use development planned in Denison on the Texas side of the lake, will include a Margaritaville resort, luxury single- and multi-family homes, restaurants, an upscale marina and more. Construction on major infrastructure for the development is set to begin in the second quarter of 2025.”
