“Construction is expected to begin earlier this year. The company converts hotels into workforce apartments, according to its website. A Washington state-based private equity firm plans to spend more than $1 million to turn a Dallas hotel into workforce apartments.
Sage Investment Group plans to renovate the Homewood Suites by Hilton at 2747 N. Stemmons Freeway. Work is expected to begin in January and be completed in August. Estimated construction costs are more than $1.56 million, said Houston-based design firm Element Architects.”
